I was so anxious about getting it and I knew we were one of a handful of competitive offers. While the house was a little bit above our budget, she and her husband worked with us to create a deal that did fit our budget. We were not the highest or best offer by any means, but by some miracle plus Kim's magic, we got the home! What? We still don't know why the buyers chose us instead of the higher offers, but we knew it had something to do with Kim's professionalism and ability to create an intriguing offer. She was available via email, text, and all of the above when we had questions or when last-minute documents were needed to seal the deal. Buying a home during covid was especially crazy, but she kept a relaxed and enthusiastic attitude the entire time, making sure our energy was high throughout the arduous covid-closing process. I am forever grateful for her wonderful energy, her commitment to our future, and the friendship we formed along the way! I have known Kimberly for a few years now. We completed 3 real estate transactions together over a span of 3 years. 2 most recently in 2022.
